The Vintage ‘M’ Cuvée is produced in the traditional bottle fermentation method and benefits from the cold growing conditions of Orange, particularly suited to the production of fine, champagne style sparkling wine.
This wine is a single vineyard blend of the three classic champagne varieties of chardonnay, pinot noir and pinot meunier, but breaks with tradition in that it is comprised of equal amounts of each variety. The result is a complex aperitif style sparkling with a classic creamy, nutty biscuit taste, beautifully combining with green apple and citrus flavours and an oyster shell like minerality. Being two thirds red grapes, the Logan Vintage ‘M’ Cuvée is light salmon in colour.
The Vintage ‘M’ Cuvée is named after Malcolm, Peter Logan’s late father and Logan Wines founder, who was very fond of a good glass of sparkling wine.
